I’m in the process of buying my first home, and there wasn’t much history or information available about the house. I just wanted someone who actually specializes in roofs to come take a look and try to tell me when it may have been replaced and/or about how much life it had left. I called Cardinal Roofing after a Google search and talked with Emily, who was so sweet and immediately helped get everything set up. Somehow they were able to get Brandenn out there the same day, literally like an hour after I called. I honestly think this may have been the easiest transaction ever 😂 From the original phone call, to the roof evaluation, to having the report in my hand and Brandenn actually had to wait on me for a little bit to get to the house. Brandenn was super nice, knowledgeable, and answered my questions! Huge thank you to you guys!

Cardinal did the work on our roof after we were hit by a tornado. Their team removed our “please don’t park in the grass” signs and pulled their trailer in the front yard and ran over our landscaping which broke the stone and destroyed the yard. We were told that a supervisor would be on site which did not happen while the work was being done. It was only after we called and furiously complained that they came out to repair the damages. They sent us the final invoice that was $800+ more than the contract which we anticipated due to potential damage to our decking. However the very next day they sent us another invoice for $1500+ more. We tried for months to contact them for an explanation of charges with no response. There was absolutely no communication with their team and when I finally got in touch with someone they were short and curt and told me to reach out to my insurance company for an explanation. It was only after I strongly requested a phone call did someone call me back and no real answers were given. In the end I paid the extra to prevent being “sent to collections” without any clear reason of the charge. I STRONGLY do not recommend.

Cardinal Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently while paying attention to the details. They kept the job site clean throughout the project and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Communication was great from start to finish, and the finished roof looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Cardinal Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a hassle-free experience.
